CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

My wife and I have been leaving in Ghana for the past five years,we have two beautiful girls together,

My wife left to America almost two years now with our kids because her mom health wasn't good .

She and I both decided that she move with the kids back home and and file for the marriage visa for me so I can come join them.

Upon getting the she called me that she needs money to file for the visa for me ,which I did .she later called me and said I shouldn't call her again she is moving on with her life and I should send her money again so she can file for me to come be with my kids 

Later she called and said she doesn't want me to come see my children again ,

Can someone please help me with legal advice

I missed my children so much

What sort of legal advise, can you not file divorce in Ghana?

Not sure this forum is the right place, you need an attorney that can deal with international child custody matters. That’s not going to be a DIY process.

Get an attorney to help you deal with this matter.  I hope everything turns out well for you .

  The US is pretty hard on child abduction.  You need to find someone that works on these kinds of cases.  You may have some luck on organizations that fight this ( usually the other way , when the kids are taken from the US )  that could cut the costs.

the kids were both born here with Ghanaian birth certificate 

andi gave my concert for them to be American citizens 

i did that’s out of love never with she could do this to me 

my second born will be 2 years tomorrow and I can’t even wish her a happy birthday never saw her turn one 

life is wicked

but I will leave everything to God

i don’t have the financial means to do so 

so I will let it go
