I submitted my AOS package and recieved the NOA1 today for the i-485 and i-765. The thing i am worried about is that i just mailed a copy of the ds-3025 vaccination supplement. After reading on this site i see that you have to get it converted over to another form. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW???

I only sent a copy of the vaccination record from my medical in Canada (DS-3025) because some people get away with it and others need to get the information transfered onto an I-693A. I would just sit and wait. If they don't see it as being enough for your case, they will more than likely send out an RFE. Also, if you're that worried about it, you could have a civil surgeon transfer your vaccination record onto the proper form and bring it with you when you go to your interview (if you get one). Yeah, you will probably get a RFE for it...

that's why it is always helpful to read the guides on here first! (Sorry, sometimes I just have to be a smart ###...)
