If I use my mother to copy my i-129f in her handwriting do I have to put her down as a preparer? my handwriting is very hard to read.

Technically, yes as she prepared the forms.  In reality, it probably doesn’t matter.  I filled out all my wife’s forms and I did not put myself down as the preparer.

I almost stated that........😀.  Thus, I don't think the mother (transcriber) is the preparer.....

Adobe acrobat reader is your friend....If I had to hand write anything I would have never had anything approved.
