Well the fact that dude is married to another woman and lives in a whole other country kinda proved that their suspicions weren’t warranted.

We got documentation that proved that fact.

Proved what fact?

Well something was an issue.

Yep, it sounds like the CO followed the old adage, "Where there's smoke, there's fire." B-)

Nothing. She did fraud anyone. We got onto a huge fight! Just like all couples

You learned the hard way to be careful with what you say or do when you angry... Because most times it gets out of your hand... If you love this person and you want to make up for lost times... Get on your feet now and start working up your relationship... Proofs, more time together possible CR1... Goodluck and happy holidays

The documentation you submitted was obviously not sufficient or the K-1 would have been approved.  If you get married and file for a CR-1 they will have the same "suspicions" as with the K-1 application, and if you submit the same documentation, the result will be the same, a denial.  The only difference this time will be that you can file an appeal which takes a year or longer, you may need to hire an attorney experienced with waivers for lying on US visa applications.  The road will be long and expensive, with no guarantee of success in the end.  Be prepared to live in the DR with her if you want to be together.
