They might think but what should we do from now to overcome this ? We still in NVC stage How can we proof that our marriage is genuine there is no immigration intend , Her all family/Friends know about our wedding , my family/ friends, my university they know too ,   Sworn letters (that shows about marriage ) from all those people would be good idea ?

Actually, since you will be applying for a spousal visa there is in fact immigration intent.  I think you meant to say there is no intended immigration fraud.  However, as others have suggested, you have to look at this from the viewpoint of the consular officer that will be interviewing you.  Two in person visits for a few weeks over a year or so is not much, and in other similar cases it will always be suggested to have as much in person time as possible.  These visits are way more important to a CO than affidavits from family and friends.  Since you are still in the NVC stage, I would be talking to your wife and see if you can plan another visit or two.  I would also suggest that she plan to be in Pakistan when you do eventually have your interview.

God Luck!

Hi everyone! petitioner( 46yrs  ) is double  age of beneficiary(23yrs ) ! Would it create any problem or scrutiny at time of interview And how can we Minimize it and prove that our relationship is genuine not for immigration intend ?! Even we have joint account , car insurance, health insurance and  saw each other twice since we got married, (1st time )she came  for a week at the time of marriage and second time after marriage she came to see me  for 2 weeks with her family ! , what more evidences we need to collect so can overcome this things and  or we need to make more visits together??  before we get to interview time ! Thanks

There was a couple here who filed a K-1 visa with a large age difference from Pakistan.  He received his visa with no issues.  The fact that there is an age difference, married on first visit and she was married before (and I'm guessing you were not) would all be reasons the consular officer could scrutinize your case.  The best you can do is provide evidence that would help prove a bonafide relationship and hope for the best.   There is no magic formula.   We have had many visits and  still faced a hard time but we don't visit to help our case we visit because we miss each other and being apart is difficult.   Just live your life as  a normal married couple that is temporarily living apart and submit your best evidence based on that.

Good luck!

I have been told that three times now. 😊

I really don’t have years of immigration experience like any of you.

Nor would I pretend to.
OP has been given good advice from others.
Really some better planning for their embassy would have been smart but we live and learn through costly mistakes sometimes.

thank you @JFH for always being so kind even if a post is not spot on.
Mine and Ryan’s  journey is not even close to over.
Hopefully one day I can help others as you do.
Happy Holidays!

You live in Pakistan where it is uncommon for young men to marry women with whom they will not have children.  It is not the members here, you need to convince.  It will be a Consular Officer.  The best evidence of a bona fide marriage is evidence of time spent together in person.  That some of her family met you is good, but you have little time together.

How did you initially become acquainted with her?  As in, how did SHE first come to know YOU existed?

Totally agree with this and all posts

to OP

As mentioned by many when you asked "how do we overcome age difference?" and VJ'ers say "spend more time together" that is your answer

but you do not mention how many times she is married

if she is divorced or widowed

How many times she was already married

if she has the needed income /we don't need to know her income but immigration will

You think love conquers all but it does not convince a CO in embassy as they know the following

1. you are expected to want and have children in your culture

2. 2 decades of age difference does matter when u start living together because you grew up with the everyday changes in music,  films,  all cultural evolution

and your likes and dislikes will be different

it will help that you are attending a university (in a previous post) means you have plans for work

i would expect a difficult interview and long AP

If you live legally in Russia then you will interview in Russia not Pakistan.  However don't expect the process to be easier.  But it does make your timeline not correct.
