No offense but Pakistan + older female petitioner = lengthy AP and/or scrutiny at internew, not easy to overcome at all. Good luck.

On a more positive front her children a grown up, so nothing to stop her moving, so the issue is where is most practical.

It may be typical or not depends in what kind of society you live ,I live in abroad ,i don’t really care about age neither she ! your partner is pretty & healthy and we love each other ,that all matters , we can’t open our chest to show consulate that look we love each other , Only they want legitimate proofs that our marriage is genuine, So what should we  do from now ?

Thanks sis

You live in Pakistan where it is uncommon for young men to marry women with whom they will not have children.  It is not the members here, you need to convince.  It will be a Consular Officer.  The best evidence of a bona fide marriage is evidence of time spent together in person.  That some of her family met you is good, but you have little time together.

How did you initially become acquainted with her?  As in, how did SHE first come to know YOU existed?

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

We just went through the process as well but on K1.
I was the petitioner and will be 43 soon. Ryan was the beneficiary.
I have a 13 year old son.
We went through the London Embassy although.
Age difference is 20 yrs but we never had any issues nor did it come up.
However, we spent about 4 years plus with him staying a few months than back home every year.
Im pretty sure that is why it was not an issue as I believe we had about a year or maybe even more of FaceTime.
I didn’t do this for immigration but because I had a son and didn’t want to rush anyone over until I knew they formed a solid bond.
Good Luck on journey as I would think being from a VWP embassy might have been easier on us.
Make sure you have a good deal of face time together.

A 40+ year old woman, who has adult children, petitioning a mid-20s age male from Pakistan would definitely raise flags.  As the previous post states, this type of relationship would generally not happen in Pakistan on its own.A 40+ year old woman, who has adult children, petitioning a mid-20s age male from Pakistan would definitely raise flags.  As the previous post states, this type of relationship would generally not happen in Pakistan on its own.

I know our country is in high immigration fraud  countries but it not mean you can’t fall in love with someone older than you  , so how we can avoid these flags. ?

You can fall in love but you will need a ton of face time together as noted by others.

This is immigration and they don’t care about our love stories and I’m a hopeless romantic. 😊
There’s always a honeymoon phase and than that fades.
Regardless there becomes the cultural differences.
Get some more face time together.

You said you have only had 3 weeks of face time.

When I say Face Time, I mean literally “in person” not on the phone.
Ryan and I had over a year of “in person” visits and known each other over 5 yrs before we even tried going through immigration. In addition, we went through London.
I would expect scrutiny as others have noted and I’d go visit each other more.
Why rush anything with two children.
I guess I aired on the side of caution before committing.
All you can do is try and wish you nothing but luck 👍!

I think OP means face time on phone.

If i were you. Id go through this proccess expecting the worst outcome, a denial.

I would expect this so Id attempt my very best for an approval.  Id  start this attempt by more visits.  3 weeks together is not enough in your situation due to red flags of age difference + Pakastani.  Step out from being the beneficiary/petitioner and look at your case as a consular officer.

I had 65days (little under 10 weeks) total with my now wife before her interview.  I was nervous that wasnt enough.
