I also have the same issue, 10 days, but still in process.   Guess I am not the only one.  I first was stuck for three months because we wanted to change the interview location. They did n't even issue the IV fee bills for us and put the case on hold. Then after Congressman's helps, we finally received the IV fee bill, but we got stuck again because they changed the interview location just before IV fee was processed.  I don't know how long it will take, hopefully not another 3 months.

Same issue. I paid $120.00 on December 19th, payment cleared the 20th. Called the 27th and they said to give another 3 days and email a screenshot of the payment being withdrawn from my account. Called back yesterday they said they'll have a supervisor look into it and in the meantime, pay the next fee. Still nothing.

Is there anything we can do? I have called and emailed them as well. It has not  fixed the issue yet.  They said they will forward my case to supervisor for review but I am not sure whether they did that or not.

Please let me know if you guys figured it out how to fix this issue. Thanks.

Hello, I was having this issue after paying my fees on December 20th, after a couple of days the IV fee was showed as PAID and I could access the form but AOS was showing as IN PROCESS. I sent them the following email on December 31 with our information filled in:

To: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

“Hello, here is our case information:

Case #:
Invoice #:

Beneficiary Name:
Beneficiary Birthdate:

Petitioner Name:
Petitioner Birthdate:

I paid both the IV fee and the AOS fee on December 20, however the AOS fee is still showing as “In Process” and we are unable to access the form.  Any assistance would be very much appreciated.  I am attaching an image of both fees coming out of my bank account.

Thank you very much for your time.”

I then attached a screen shot of both fees coming out of my bank account.

By January 2nd the AOS fee showed as PAID and the form was available.  Not sure if it was my email that moved things along or they rebooted their system but it worked.  Hope this helps.

I am still stuck in this stupid process. The fee shown as paid last Thursday, but  I am still not able to access DS-260 form. Called them last week, they asked me to try it again and again. But it sitll didn't work.

Hi, I replied to poster above yours with details of how I resolved this.  Not sure if it was my email to NVC or just time but after two weeks the status changed from IN PROCESS to PAID and I could finally access the AOS form.

Finally both fees are showing as paid and we are just about finished uploading the information.

This happened to me as well. It was cleared from my bank for a few weeks and yet IV bill still wasn’t showing as paid. Keep calling NVC, you’ll eventually get someone nice who will go into your account and look at why it’s not saying paid. I called twice, first person was unhelpful and the 2nd she was able to go into the system and change it 👍🏻 Keep calling until you’re satisfied with your answer. Best of luck!
