You can definitely get one from Pakistan as your place of residence, but to get one from the UAE in Pakistan, you should maybe contact your local consulate or embassy.

UAE PCCs are only available if you live in the UAE. The requirement is waived if you don’t live there.

I’d suggest getting a written statement from your UAE consulate that police certificates are only given to residents of the UAE. They may want to see that.

You only have to submit it if you lived there for more than 6 months after turning 16. If that’s the case, I’d Suggest the statement from the consulate that no court, prison or police records are issued to non- residents.

I don't know the process of it and don't know how to submit my civil documents without it.

I’d suggest emailing them or calling them during office hours and asking. I’m sure a signed consular explanation would be sufficient, or even going their personally and asking. Best to call beforehand though. You can also contact the NVC regarding the inability to get one from UAE and regarding what you can do about it. Maybe signing a sworn affidavit could help too.

Thanks for your reply.

Yeah I'm thinking to contact NVC regarding the inability of those certificates and I have emailed to UAE ministry of interior regarding that certificates... Let's see.

Pray for me and let me know if you find something relevant to my questions.😔

UAE isn't available due to the fact you don't live there.

Pakistan isn't required because the US govt has decided they are not reliable.

At the NVC stage screen shot the applicable pages on their website, and write a note stating why you don't have these.

They have asked me,

my biographic passport, picture, marriage certificate birth certificate, police certificate of Pakistan, UAE police certificate, Crinmal and prison record from UAE.

I havr loaded all the required documents which I have but didn't load the UAE certificates.

I'm just nervous on that point and don't know how to submit my civil documents for further processing.😐

When something is not available you write a letter stating why it's not and upload that in the place of the item requested.
