We received our approval and NOA2. I am waiting for the case number now. I am the petitioner and wanting to get documents together to send to my fiance. The problem is that I had a virus on the computer I had the i-129f form on and lost the original copy and documents from the first step. I am concerned this will cause issues if they need a copy. Also, I am confused what types of forms I need to send my foreigner fiance like the Affidavit of Support?? What proof do I send? Will I receive any instructions on which new documents they need? Thanks!

No problema !!

Just review the VJ K1 visa Step-by-step guide and the VJ K1 Visa Flow chart (the timeline on the flow chart is off, but the scheme of events is still viable). You should be easily able to find the information that your need:

https://www.visajourney.com/guides/k1-fiance-visa/

https://www.visajourney.com/guides/k1-fiance-visa-flowchart/

There is a wealth of excellent free immigration information available to you by just letting your fingers do the walking.

Good luck on your immigration journey, and Happy Holidays!!

Everything that you need for your interview is contained in the P3 letter for interview preparation for the U.S. Embassy Greece seen below.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

There are steps to follow the progress of your file from NOA2 to the Embassy in this group here on VJ. Download the PDF file in the first post on the first page of the thread. Join the discussion with the others who are in the same part of the process as you.
