hi

spouses of USC aren't subject to the visa bulletin., they only follow the bulletin of the service center where the i130 is at

your spouse will be CR1 or IR1 depending on how long you have been married, the visa bulletin isn't for you.

F2A is for spouses and minor children of a resident

Were you born a US citizen, or did you become a US citizen before or after petitioning for your spouse? If you became a US citizen after petitioning for your spouse then you will want to update this to USCIS so that they can upgrade your case from F2A to CR1/IR1. If you were born a citizen or became a citizen before petitioning for your spouse then it should already be CR1/IR1. Either way, you can't do anything until the case gets to NVC. As a citizen, there is no "bulletin", and CR1/IR1 visas are always available. Can't do anything until your case is approved and then gets sent to NVC

If you have become a citizen after petitioning for your spouse, here's a thread about upgrading your case

Then as long as you submitted proof of US citizenship it should be a CR1/IR1 already. No need to worry about visa bulletins, CR1/IR1 has an unlimited amount of visas available and therefore are always "current". You don't have anything to do right now, once your I130 is approved it'll be sent to NVC and you can go from there

Are they any children immigrating as well? F2A permits derivatives but CR-1/IR-1 does not, so you would need to petition them separately now.
