Spouse is on TN-1 and I'm a US Citizen. We are filing for AOS.

We got married late 2018, and filed our 2018 taxes together. 2018 was my spouses first tax year in USA.

I'm currently a student and did not work in 2019. I did work part time in 2018, 2017, and 2016, but not enough for the poverty requirements. Spouse works to make enough.

Spouse plans on submitting employment verification letter and a bunch of pay stubs as evidence of income.

Questions:

  • For Part 6, question 24a (2018) do we enter our jointly filed income?
  • And for 24b (2017) and 24c (2016) do I just enter my own income?image.png.f075dc12f51d93287d109bca5d6cd2ba.png
  • Can we just submit the jointly filed income taxes? Or do we need to provide W2 stubs as well?

The AOS is refering to your income, you’re the USC sponsoring your spouse.. then upload your transcrips (MFJ) to support said income..
