Foreign Fiance has Temporary Address

Hello! So, my fiance and I are about to start the process for me to petition for him.  Question - he will be using his brother's address for his mailing address because he is living at a temporary address at the moment.  Is it okay to use that or should we wait until he finds a more secure place (one where his name will be on the lease) to apply?  Any advice is appreciated!

No problem using his brother's address for the I-129F petition process.    His address becomes important during the visa application process at the embassy (DS-160)
