Trying to schedule interview receipt # problem

So my fiance made payment for her K1 visa today DEC 20. 2019  @12:22PM

Ukraine Kyiv time.

 

I have been trying to login the receipt number but it keep giving me errors 

 

I have checked to make sure everything date with ds 160 and profile match and yes they were all correct. 

 

Does anyone know why?

Make sure you enter the payment receipt number, not some other receipt number (such as petition receipt number). I was confused about this myself because there were no specific instructions.

Yes what i entered was the payment receipt number. It keep saying no record found

It can take one business day or more for the payment to percolate through the system. Also, do make sure you are entering right number, from what I recall there are several on the piece of paper they give you. You dod it it through Aval bank? Can go back to the office, and check with them.

After 24hrs, i was able to schedule my fiance interview.
