I am divorced from a filipina that i had previously did an i129f for. The only w-2 i have right now

is the joint filing with my ex. do i need to wait to file for 2019 single for it to be accepted?

Would they be able to see my income in a joint filing?

Also, on the i-129f for parents date of birth and city/town of residence, i have no idea.

I don't have contact with them. what do i put for those areas?

the w2 is YOURS not your exes, it shows how much of the income came from you. Combine that with the tax transcript.

you dont know your parents DOB and where they live? Ask relatives. Or do some rough math and explain in the additional info section that you have no contact and are unsure of their exact DOB and where they are living.

their DOB may be on your birth certificate, also.

What did you use for a DOB/Residence for your parents on the previous I-129F ?

You are fine using your current tax return.   You already completed the I-129F process at USCIS and are now starting the embassy process?
