Yeah if you added as household member and not joint sponsor that may have made a difference, but you need to speak to someone embassy or nvc to correct the situation. This might delay your next steps while sorting it out, but you should be able to speak to someone about getting the issues sorted. Usually helps to connected 1-1 with someone to resolve.

Four people are being sponsored, my little brother and little sister who is also minor and her 2 minor kids.

Wait, so the beneficiaries are 2 minor kids and 2 minor grandkids? Is that even possible? I thought only first-degree relatives can be sponsored?

Someone please enlighten me.

Ohh yes, derivatives are allowed in many categories.

Okay, that was quick. Thanks! :)

Got confused for a moment there as I recalled a similar case where another *derivative* kid was not allowed, but I remembered just now that that was a K-2 and already a derivative herself, that's why her kid was not allowed. 😅

Combined incomes $63,000. How is realistic to show a prediction of 10-years steady income?
I called NVC they said they already forwarded the files to the embassy, that I can only deal with the embassy now.

Have you sent them what they are asking for? I would sent anyway and wait for them to ask more evidence
