Hi I would like to know what options I can take at this point. I filed a petition when I was still a permanent resident for my husband in 2018 and he recently got approved (last month). I became a US citizen this week. My husband is currently in the US for the holidays and entered legally. We are currently expecting our 2nd child and I am due in Feb of 2020. Im not sure if my best option is to adjust status or do I still upgrade my care to spouse of a US citizen and wait for NVC? Which is the best way to move forward?

Hoping to hear from you. Thank you

Sounds like money is not an issue, does he have things to tie up at home?

Just houses but my son is here with me. He was able to get in just fine at the immigration and got stamped that he can stay til april of 2020. Im just confused cause ive been told to upgrade the case to a spouse of a citizen but im also wondering if he can just adjust status that way he doesnt have to go back.

If he adjusts status he won't be able to leave/reenter for 4-6 months while he waits for AP/EAD.

Either option is available. Since the I-130 is already approved, upgrading the petition would lead to getting the green card quicker (I'm assuming he isn't going through the very backlogged Ciudad Juarez consulate). It's also way cheaper.
