Order pictures online, it's fast and easy.

I like printique https://www.printique.com/

Thank you! Yeah we were considering but every mail we have been recieving have been immensely delayed over the past 30 days so we are not willing to risk it, we are going to order them through Walmart's photo center using their online website since their kiosks are closed and pick them up as soon as they are possibly available! We got 518 pictures so far to print and Walmart charges 9 cent per image so it's ain't too bad!

Back home printing these many pictures would surely run a pretty penny haha

Hi. I don't think 518 photos are necessary, but I'll let other members chime in. I think you could focus on a few photos that help the interviewer have an overall idea of how your relationship progressed, without overwhelming them.

09/25/20: AOS package (I-130/I-485/I-765/I-944) mailed out via USPS.

09/27/20: Package received by USPS.

10/24/20: Received NOA1 in the mail. PD is 09/28/20.

01/05/21: Biometrics appointment completed (Brooklyn ASC). Case updated to show fingerprints were taken (I-486 & I-765).

01/05/21: I-131 mailed via UPS.

01/17/21: Received IOE receipt number for I-131 via text.

01/25/21: Received a biometrics reuse notice for I-131.

02/02/21: I-485 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.

02/04/21: Received I-693 deficiency notice in the mail (dated 01/29/21).

02/09/21: Advance Parole document was produced.

02/16/21: AP in hand.
02/26/21: New Card Is Being Produced (EAD).

03/04/21: EAD in hand.

09/01/21: EAD renewal paperwork received by USCIS. IOE receipt number.

09/07/21: Receipt / 180-day automatic extension received in the mail.

09/09/21: Received a biometrics reuse notice for I-765 renewal.

10/25/21: AP renewal NOA and biometrics reuse received in the mail.

11/04/21: Interview was scheduled for 12/02.

These photos are capturing at the last 4 years we have been physically together, I think the biggest strength of all of the evidence were going to bring are going to be the pictures which are going to illustrate our timeline together!

These pictures illustrate places we go to, appointments we attend to, friends we see and visit that show that they acknowledge our relationship together, pictures with the family in holidays, special events, birthdays, vacations and anything that is considered non the ordinary!

We probably have like maybe about 10-15 pictures in total that are probably some non special occasion selfie nonsense, but I think half of them are occurring in times such as every time that we meet in the airport haha

Every picture that we are going to include has a story to tell, and those that don't show that we are an existing couple that coexist around our families and others, in a way to proof that we always go everywhere as a couple and we are always invited or a knowledged as a set!

This is definitely going to be the biggest strength of our evidence considering we're struggling to get the rest of the required forms due to covid 19 hitting us and our progress this year

I just hope they go through the effort looking through them, and if not, they will see that we were not shy about bringing so much evidence to backup our relationship 🤭

Note that the only pictures that need to be on photo paper are the 2x2 passport-style pictures.

They're for immigration, not for a photo gallery.

Everything else you can print on plain paper and print multiple pictures per page (we copied things into a Word document so we could type out who was in the picture and where it was).

Oh yeah def! We are doing all documents on plain paper, but printing all photographs mostly on 4x6 photo paper just because it's cheap enough!

I remember back home I brought to the interview about 50 photographs and I had printed them on plain paper, I went through 3-4 different black and color ink carriages, now I'm paying less for at least 500 of them!

500 images to document our relationship from start to finish, and we are probably gonna print a small selection of pictures that define our relationship, about 15-20 so we could show them those first as an introduction, and then hand out the rest of the 500 as a bonus if they are skeptical about our relationship!

Hopefully things go through well, could only hope!

and considering there is going to be a second wave of stimulus checks

Did you get both Economic Impact Payment amounts? If the IRS didn't send you the money, you can still claim it during the current tax season: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040gi.pdf "Line 30" "Recovery Rebate Credit"

only when my green card is issued?

The laws that introduced the Economic Impact Payments don't specify anything about lawful status. It just says that those with SSN are eligible and those without SSN are not eligible. So there's even visa overstayers that have SSN based on previous work authorization (*even those that expired many years ago) that received both Economic Impact Payment amounts despite their lack of current status.

Only my wife got the stimulus if thats what economic impact payment stands for! That is because my wife had to file as single because at the time I didn't have an ITIN number nor a social,

In March I went to the IRS and made an ITIN number by filing my wife's W2s and tax information, I haven't heard from the IRS about my ITIN ever since until-

Later this year we tried to ammend my wife's taxes when I finally got my SSN summer this year, a little bit later I got my ITIN number as well,

I think about a month or two ago we got a letter from the IRS asking to confirm that we're trying to ammend my wife's taxes, foolishly we didn't make a copy of the letter, and we sent the letter back to the IRS confirming that the information is correct, ever since it's been completely silent and we can't pull any info from my social security, nor my wife's when attempting to check upon our amended taxes status on the IRS websites.

So I'm not sure if I'm eligible for the stimulus unfortunately since I was never and still not present in my wife's tax return reports.. However I really want to file this year tax return as soon as possible before the interview takes place so we could bring evidence that we're filing our taxes jointly..

That's good news then! I'll definitely try and claim it! Thank you so much!

On a side note, since we still do not have a leash of our own and do not have our names on our bills, I need help writing up a formal statement stating that my wife and I are currently residing with our family and paying our share of rent and bills for the USCIS interview!

I couldn't find the thread I have bookmarked in my phone browser before (and lost because my phone unfortunately has retired..) which had a good prompt for a statement you can bring to the USCIS proving that the people you're residing with are approving that you're paying the bills and paying rent (and help around the house)

I'm still getting introduced to formal writing but my practice is far from writing something proper enough, and the prompt that I saw was something like this:

I, NameOfFather and my wife NameOfWife are confirming and approving that PetitionerName and ApplicantName are taking their share in paying the house's rent and all utilities involved and are partaking in maintaing the house and helping around, etc etc

Signed by both household owners

Now this is very a simplified version of the prompt and more details can be added to the entire prompt that had not been included in my example

Could anyone who has a prompt like this saved please help share it in the comments? It would be really helpful!

Why do you need a premade statement? Everyone's situation is different. Let the people that you live with write the statement the way they would do it. If you are just going to print a sample you found online the IO can easily think it's a fake document. You're not writing a resume, or an application for a job.

Focus on the stuff you have. If you can't show a lease and the family can't write a letter, then don't show it. I didn't show any lease/mortgage or letter stating where we lived.

Also remember that this is a forum for DIYer.

Good point! We are then going to work on one of our own then! We are going to bring it just in case if asked!

Thank you!

Thank you for the help of this community and those who guided me through this journey and having an answer to every concern I had, I had gone through the interview and our case has been approved!

Today I finally received my GC in the mail, and upon opening it, it seems as they only granted me a conditional permanent residence card that will expire in 2 years, however my wife and I were already married for over two years now during the time time of the interview and the case approval, which I believed I was suppose to be granted an unconditional 10 year green card.

I called the USCIS and informed them about this error, the first person told me that I was not suppose to receive an unconditional GC, I told him that I have done research and it appears that I was suppose to, they told me they are going to check that for me and suddenly went silent for a half a hour until I dropped the phone.

I called USCIS again and the second uscis respresentivie told me that it was correct of them to send me a 2 year green card all though I have already been married for over two years and that I must file for a removal of conditions.

Is this true? do I still need to file an I-751 even though I was married for over two years at the time of the approval? was I not suppose to get a 10 year green card?

If it was more than 2 years from marriage to green card approval, than it should've been a 10 years GC. Forget what the misinformation line is telling you, you're gonna have to file a I-90 to get your card fixed, and you don't need to do ROC.
