Visa aplicación and interview

Hi there,

my fiancé that I’m petitioning is in Dominican Republic, the case is ready, was already received by consulate office at Dominican Republic,

my question is, can I filled out for her? I mean the visa application and schedule for an interview, or is she that have to do it?

You can do it for her.

Thanks for responding, I don’t have to wait for anything?

i received an email today telling me that the case is ready to proceed,

all the forms are online right?

Yes. you have to fill out ds-160 form first then you can pay the fee and schedule her interview.

do you or anybody can tell how long does this process take from now on?

im traveling to DR on mid February, do you think there is a possibility that she might be ready to come with me by end of February? Thanks

Yes of course i mean it dependent on the embassy too.

Thanks, I hope no being annoying but I really appreciate your help!

i already fill out the D-160 and now doing the profile, they asking me an start date and expiration date, I guess they are referring to the day they got the aplicación? And expiration date I don’t know!

if you can and have knowledge a lil help anyone pls
