Criminal records - Need state criminal history?

It should be fine. I only went to the State because I didn't know which of the many courts it was processed in and I did not want to pay hundreds of dollars to get a certified letter from each. 

 

I think getting a state check is better. One can easily circumvent the process by knowingly providing a letter from a court where the case was not heard/processed.

The letter from the court showing no records should be an adequate response for the RFE. That has been successful in the past and your tickets should not have an impact on the petition at all.

I'm still waiting on NOA2. It's been nearly four months ago that we received NOA1. I really hope my previous criminal charges are not holding things up. It's very frustrating not to know where things are.
