Until you are income qualified you will go no further

NVC will not schedule an interview if they deem you not qualified

others may fit the income requirements for NVC but at embassy asked for cosponsor as there are other things that determine more income is needed (totalality of circumstances)

i do know this as i was held up in NVC for quite a few months because most of my income is not taxable (it is from an annunity that taxes were paid on when it was purchased) so not on line 37 of taxable income

i had to have a lawyer to make them see i live on well over the poverty limit and taxes don't reflect it

after this was done,  the interview was scheduled

They clearly stated that I can bring it to the interview or upload it (it’s totally my choice) as per their message. So I have decided to take it along with me to the interview.

yes you can upload and you have to take the proofs to interview

but the cosponsor has to fill out the AOS to sponsor for NVC

I received the exact same message this week. However, My income is more than 4 times the federal poverty guidelines required for the number of households in the family. Any ideas if any action is required? since it states in my message also that the final decision will be made during the interview.
