Passed my interview but my medical examination was recorded as Class B?

So thankfully I've passed my interview with no issues. However, during my interview I was looking at a sheet that the official was using to tick off various documents that I had and a part for my medical exam with the options of Class A, Class B and I think something like 'unclassified'. Mine was ticked as Class B. The USCIS describes Class B medical exam as:

Physical or mental health conditions, diseases, or disability serious in degree or permanent in nature. [4] This may be a medical condition that, although not rendering an applicant inadmissible, represents a departure from normal health or well-being that may be significant enough to:

  • Interfere with the applicant’s ability to care for himself or herself, to attend school, or to work; or

  • Require extensive medical treatment or institutionalization in the future.

I have an anxious personality and take a low dose of an antidepressant to manage my symptoms for the last 2 years. It's not severe, I've never been hospitalised, it hasn't overrun my life and I completed my degree with 1st class Honours just recently. This is the only medical condition I have and told the medical examiner about. Class B seems like overkill! Is this going to affect my adjustment of status? Is Class B given for any kind of medical condition?

Thanks so much for any advice.

Class B is not an issue.  Relax, it has zero effect on you AOS process to get your green card.

I just want to double reassure you, you're totally fine. Class B is definitely a non-issue especially in your circumstances. When I had my medical I brought up a mental health medical thing from my past, it was noted in my medical but it was never an issue and was never brought up in the future. The main thing is that you were honest.
