We used to have some homeless peole living near here in the woods but us rich people had them rounded up and we sent them far away, I think to some state on the Pacific coast.

Pass the Parcel, I know New York does that and Hawaii. Seems the cheapest option.

Fortunately the solar pool heater is maintaining 85.

Which is part of the reason why California has such a dire problem. Other states (I'm looking at you, Nevada) do this and the numbers grow. Coupled with the recent 9th Circuit opinion, California will have to support more than its fair share of homeless because they can't be moved along. How is that fair?

You know we do that in Texas too. Encampments are dismantled and the persons ran off or arrested for vagrancy. 

 

You will not fix the homeless problem with money.

Is it fair California has better weather?

 

On a more practical note how do you control it? Who decides which State is 'responsible'? California seems to think that external Borders do not matter, presumably even less so internal ones.

Fair?  Are you freaking kidding me right now?

 

Sanctuary cities, IDs for illegals, high taxes, liberal leadership... CA leadership has brought this on themselves completely.  What sucks for the common folk is that the leaders will never have to stomp around in these destitute locations.  They will view them from afar, and when the problem becomes more than anyone can bear, they will take their millions and flee the state.  Mark my words.

 

California is getting exactly what it asked for today.  I am SO thankful my parents saw it coming and got us out of that sh!thole state years ago.  I have seen conditions like that in Haiti and other 3rd world countries.
