Question regarding Medical and ARCO Police Certificate

My fiancee has her medical appointment in 2 weeks and in the email and on the UK embassy site it says to have an ARCO police certificate. It doesn't have any other details, but under the interview required documents it says "for anyone who has resided in the UK for over 6 months since 16"

The thing is my fiancee has only been in the UK for 3 months, will she still need the police certificate for the medical even though the interview documents clarifies that she doesn't.

She has a police certificate already for her native country.

They have a phone number and email. Ask the clinic directly.

Update for anyone who might read this. It’s the same requirements as the interview. No ARCO needed unless resides in UK for 6 months or more.
