I’m under my OPT

I’m holding F1 visa and under my OPT now and got merry a Citizen. 

Here are my questions for i-140 and i-485.

 

Q1. On petition’s paystub, the company name and address are addressed as a Headquarter’s. But the petition is working for a branch. Should I put the actual branch  or the headquarters name and address for employment history? 
 

Q2. I’m working as a self-employed contractor (1099 employee) under my OPT. So I have checks instead of paystubs. Should I submit a copy of my checks with my i-485? I added my EAD card copy and my most recent  i-20 copy in my i-485. What else should I add to prove that I’m under my OPT?

First of all, if you're filing as spouse of US citizen, you file the I-130, not I-140

I'd put the branch, and if anyone asks, you can explain, easily.

Maybe a job description to prove that the job falls under the same major you studied
