6 years of waiting F11 visa

Hi VJ family!

 

Haven't been here for a while....

My question concerns my daughter's F11 visa. After exactly 6 years of waiting we got yesterday a Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation for my daughter who is 27. I paid immediately the required fees (both of them). 

So, i assume i need to gather supportive documents plus affidavit.

Anyone who is going through the same process or has the experience,please share your experience. Any advice is more than welcome!

What is your Priority Date,please? We expect our son to come here on F 1 visa . We have been waiting for almost 6 years too and we haven’t got anything from NVC yet. Thank you

November 1,2013. What role does the priority date play in this process?

NVC processes the cases according to Visa Bulletin schedule. They are working on November 2013 F1visa cases. Our PD is December 23, 2013. Still waiting.

Pd Nov 2014, Vermont service center, Been waiting a lil over 5yrs now, nothing yet. What’s your service center?

My name is Ibrahim from Sierra Leone, my case was filed on November 18, 2018, and up to now, NVC has not yet opened the case for proceeding. It is always written there as Limited Visa for my category. what is actually the problem? please educate me.
