Ok so I know this is highly unlikely but I just wanted to be sure if there was a way to send more evidence to USCIS after already filing I-129f? Im concerned about police record I probably should have sent. I was never convicted of a DUI that I got arrested for 8 years ago. Case was dismissed. I was honest about it and included a short description of the situation. But didn’t send any records or anything. I didn’t know I had to and don’t even have any. Also this happened out of state so it would probably be hard to get them. I would like to just see if maybe, if I can find the records, I could send  them to CSC or something. I did read from USCIS website that before an RFE they can try to find the information from their resources and databases. So maybe they can find it themselves? Anybody got an answer to my dumb question? Lol

Not likely. It is highly speculative that any supplemental evidence submitted after you have already submitted you petition could be successfully matched up with your initial paperwork in the likely warehouses full of applications and petitions.  There have been isolated reports that by happenstance a person sent in more paperwork after the initial submission and got placed into their file, is likely akin to getting hit by lightening or winning the lottery. ;)YMMV. Should you get an RFE for whatever reason, that will come with a reference letter. That letter should be placed on top of your RFE response evidence. That reference letter will be used to route your RFE response to the appropriate adjudicator. To try to do otherwise is akin to trying to match up two needles from two very large different piles of hay.

Good luck on your immigration journey, and Happy Holidays.

I've heard similar things. It's best to wait for an RFE if the USCIS happens to stumble upon something that you missed. Sending material to the USCIS without their request is usually not productive from what I've gathered. The only thing I would suggest is to prepare for the RFE assuming that you'll get one, and prepare the paperwork you think you'll need. That's the best you can do while you wait several months for them to get to your case.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.
