Hello everyone!

 

I need some help, I am Italian and currently living and working in Poland (less than a year for now), am I required to present the italian and polish police check? My residence is still in Italy.

 

And also,  for the interview in my case, will it be done in an american embassy in Italy or Poland??

you will need police clearance from anywhere you have lived longer than 6 months since you were age 16. The instructions are quite literal and clear.

 

If you have legal permanent residence in Poland, it will be there, otherwise it will be in Italy.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

Yes you must present a PC from both Italy and Poland plus anywhere else you have lived since age of 16 longer then 6 months or a country you were visiting that you were arrested in. If no arrest no PC from that country.

 

You will interview in the US Embassy in Poland that's if you listed your address in the I-129f as Poland.
