Crimanal victim

I don't know much about U visas, but it makes sense that the purpose is to allow for the time for the victim's participation in the process of pressing charges, etc.  Not so much "you were a victim of a crime in the US, so here is a green card."

I had attacked and beaten by a gun through my head and eyes, I could die...and i have facial contusions in my face.  Medical reports: facial contusions in the face and a lot of anxiety and stress  from the trauma.

Sorry, but why after this do you want to stay in the US?

If I was visiting a country and this happen to me I will come back to my country immediately!

You can talk to an immigration attorney and see if they think you stand a practical chance of qualifying. Seems unlikely to me, but I don't make the decision. As others noted, getting back home safely would be my primary concern.

Hello guys! Defective called several times and some organizations wanna talk to me ...  I don't know how they got my number,  I'm really afraid going outside , in hospital I was told to have rest to rid of anxiety and panic attacks after trauma.. and also I am waiting for my credit card that's been stolen.

I don't wanna anyone be in this situation even  my enemies Cuz it's very hard. The U visa it's just a discussion of people's situation. It may happen to anyone.  Believe me I really wanna go back to home. I never thought I would cry so much to this helplessness...

Police and organizations can continue to reach out to you in your home country,  if so inclined, should you wish to share your contact info with them.

Assuming you are out of the hospital now, nothing really preventing you from returning to your home country---no one can force you to remain in the US (at least not without a court order).

In regards to the stolen credit card---you mean you're waiting for a replacement card?  Assuming it's a card from your home country, that can be forwarded to your foreign address.  If you mean you are waiting for a new credit card to purchase a flight home---I'm certain friends/family can assist you with a loan to help pay once you tell them what's happened, and how much you wish to return home?  Where are you staying now?

"The U visa it's just a discussion of people's situation."---I'm not sure I understand...you were asking about the possibility of you qualifying for a U-visa after this incident on the off-chance someone else reading this thread might want to apply for one?

You can go home any time.  There is no requirement for you to stay.

Also, foreign embassies in the US will help their citizens with travel home in situations like this.

I'm very sorry this happened to you. My oldest son was mugged not long ago and as a mother seeing my child hurt was painful. I cannot imagine how your family feels being so far away.

For your own sanity and well being go home. If you qualify for a U visa you can apply from your home country. (the link is posted in a post above for that info)
