I just applied for an job which is US based. And they are in urgent need and they are not sponsoring for getting visa. Also my application for gets hold because I don't have any visa and they confirmed that if I get visa permit to work in US they are ready to process my application further.

Since I am not familiar with visa types and process I don't know which process I need to go throw. Please someone help me in this situation .

No sponsorship means you will not get a visa for that job.

Can I ask why you would apply for a role in a foreign country before understanding the procedures for gaining permission to work? Did you apply via local office and then found out it was US based? The fact they are not willing to sponsor your employment based visa tells me there is no real intent to hire you. The employer must know the working visa requirements.

Sorry if that is not the answer you are looking for. Just not wanting you to waste you time and possible other offers that may suit you better.

You would be surprised how little knowledge some employers have in this domain. They often think this is something an applicant can sort out on their own...

Maybe the first time, they learn.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
