Can I ask a Senator to expedite my oath ceremony? My husband works overseas (non military, he is a teacher) I have been waiting for my oath for 3 months. Any experience?

Have you tried ro request an expedite for your oath ceremony to a senator? Few people got theirs few days after interview. I felt so depress and stress for being far from my husband and not knowing my oath ceremony schedule. Thank you.

Anything is worth a try. Call USCIS and ask to speak with a level 2 officer. You can also contact your senator. Doing something is better than nothing, especially when you feel depressed. I understand the pain of these separations...

Thank you, Do you have the same experience? I believe I am having anxiety, stress and depression, I'd like to spend holiday with my family. I felt so lonely, and so on. Does Level 2 Officer has the power to expedite an oath?

Yes, very familiar with all of those feelings! My fiance lives in another country and I can't sponsor him until I am citizen. I visit him as often as I can but it's not the same as living together.

Regarding the level 2, I am not sure what their powers are but it's worth calling to see if they can tell you something about your case and what the heck is going on!
