115 days after N400 + I 751 .What else can I do?

No reason for them to delay ,other then officer was rude and unfriendly during interview and can hold my application as long as he whant ( just a thought)

I was in the same boat for almost a year with more than 4 inquiries to USCIS with all different kind of pending and wait 60 days or 90 days to your case will be forwarded to the appropriate department for an action. 
 

Thank god for guiding me to write to my congressman. In 2 weeks I received my oath ceremony and I regret wasting all this time with the USCIS inquiries and I wish I have written to the congressman within the 120 days. 
 

I hope that works for you as well...

Unfortunately I never heard back from congressman  ,I send him a mail almost 2 month ago.

Call him or go to his office. Ask for the receipt of inquiry he sent. USCIS has to give him a receipt and a formal response. 
 

Try to ask the senator for help

I also wanna wait  ,but will definitely file complain against officer who interviewed me.He was rude ,ask inappropriate questions etc .I had feeling he will hold my case as long as he can...
