Really, ask @Cyberfx1024. I'm obviously not being clear enough to you. This could be VERY harmful to Trump's reputation in this important community. This isn't an "outrage farming" piece. This is straightforward reporting.

They (the Turks) are talking about closing Incirlik AB in Turkey which is a key NATO airbase. They aren't to happy with us these days and the same is vice versa in regards to them. During the fake coup even a couple years ago they shut down power to the airbase for a few days because they said that we were helping the perpetrators. You didn't hear it that much in the news but I had a buddy of mine who was working on that base at the time who was telling me about it.

Oh I know it and I personally would welcome we shut it down and leave and get out and come home. Let them fight this out among themselves.

Yeah I know right. What's really funny is when you get the Arabic Armenians to start talking about the Armenians raised in Armenians. It is so funny because they Arabic raised ones consider the Armenian raised ones "thieves who will steal the silverware from your cupboard when you aren't looking".

Ohhhhhhh yeah. And then of course there's what the Persians think about the Armenians, which is definitely not family friendly!!! As an Anglo, I look at all of it and think: you are all crooks trying to out-crook each other, but I have no idea who is the bigger crook, so I am not getting involved in any of this. My best friend was dating an Armenian girl in high school in senior year for a while, and her friends guilted her into dumping him because he didn't have a white BMW or Mercedes which is like the biggest stereotype EVER about Armenian girls/women, but I swear it happened.

Oh Armos are definitely like that to be honest with you. My best friend/neighbor who works for city always used to say that "I don't know why they are still griping about the genocide, all the while riding around on Beamers and Mercedes". All you have to do is look at the Galleria to see that the obsession with wealth is so true.

Understanding your concern for Armenians and all and I wish them the best but the Armenian community not backing Trump would not hurt him at all. Trump is pulling out of that region under Trump and that signs the death notice to a long and storied peoples but again to be honest why should we here in the United States need to spend a fortune or two and many lives to really in affect just hold things off? Let them all handle themselves we start caring about our more immediate neighbors.

I get you, but it's sort of a different thing here. It's not Armenians in Armenia, but the Armenian Americans who are insulted by this that he should be concerned about. Schiff is their representative in Glendale, and since Armenians tend to vote Republican, it could be that they might have been mobilized to vote him out (yes, this is unlikely to happen, I know). What this could do is affect their willingness to turn out at all, which in turn could effect the number of votes for Trump. It's not a good look.

This is not about "this region" NATO will not leave Turkey in the end at any rate. This is about events that transpired 100 years ago and the west has never had the diplomatic stomach to confront the Turk people about the murder  of Greek, Cypriot Armenians and others because of who they were born to.

Will they storm the Holocaust museum next?

Their unhappiness and their rallying around one Representative when you need at least a Senator or higher to affect any change at all. Schiff is like those trucking company that rely on a niche part of a whole. Most of them fail and are never heard from again and make it unlikely they will at the most be remembered for a few minutes of fame. When Schiff can win a large state of votes and become a Senator or Governor then he can claim more  but until then he is an niche player in a small role and noobody will remember him in a few years.

I'm confident in my assessment.

I'm sure the Armenians must be intellectually inferior and would ignore comments like this for the lefty virtue signaling pointed out above:

The man acknowledged the outburst was unrelated to the purpose of the event, stating, "

No disrespect to you all, I'm glad you guys are getting recognized for your genocide, but this man is a f-----g liar!"

.. to which, lefty Schiff supporters made sure to redirect their support to the premise of the event, which was the Armenians:

Schiff’s supporters eventually rallied on his behalf, chanting, “Adam! Adam!”

/really really super duper harmful to Trump 😂

This is how much a Congressman is worth politically because they are niches.
