I have a friend who came in from the UK & has been in US for about a year now. Got married to a US citizen in May 2019. They have been going back & forth about filling for her green card. They have all documents ready EXCEPT for the husband's tax transcript. They got a co-sponsor. But the husband doesn't have any record of filling tax at all, Shes so worried & nervous about going around because she has no papers.

What can she do? Or whats the head way for her situation?

Thank u vj family

Assuming she can not adjust then her only other option is to go home.

As an aside the support requirements are very low and a minimum wage job will do it.

It depends on WHY the husband didn't file tax returns.  Why didn't he?  Why doesn't he do so now?
