Submitted I-130 application for Spouse petition to Dallas lockbox (as Spouse and I are located in Jordan). USPS shows it was received by Dallas lockbox on the 21th of November. It's been over 3 weeks (the 12th of December would have been 3 weeks exact) and we still didn't receive email receipt (we did include the G-1145 form with the correct email).

Any thoughts or comments?

Normally you would hear back and get notification of the I-797c within 1-3 weeks after getting an email or text earlier. However, sometimes when the USCIS is backed up, they'll take their time and even up to 4 weeks. I believe the official cut off time before you can inquire is 30 days. Until then, you will have to be patient. Once you pass the 30 day limit, you can call them up to find out what your status is.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.
