I've been trying to study filing online through VJ and USCIS.gov and I've come up with nothing.  I know where to start.  The big blue button and create an account but other than that there's nothing.  No explanation.  I'd like to know what it is and is about before I create an account.  Can someone provide me with a link to tell me about it?  The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly?

It is just like it reads.  You complete the I-130 online and upload copies of required documents.     In time I will bet online will be the only option.

Much like later when you are at the NVC process; you will complete the DS-260 online and upload copies of all documents.

Well after speaking with a USCIS representative on the phone, we've decided to mail in the application.  You can do the I-130 online but you cannot do the I-130A online and I've got all that completed.  When you consider the I-130A by mail it will take about the same amount of time to process so why take the chance that data will be missing because something didn't go right.

Yes, you can complete and upload the I130A application. There's a link attached in the "evidence " tab and it will bring you right to the application.

Thanks for the input but we decided to mail it anyway.    I defaulted to the USCIS employee's sugestion.  Mailing it keeps everything together and with the holidays aproaching they will be closed anyway.  It will be there January 2 when they re-open.  So mail date 12/17/2019 from China to Texas.
