Well I didn't get up to that step but follow the wiki link for the NVC here: 

 

If you submitted your DS 260 and haven't submitted your AOS package and your IV package, submit those. If you already submitted everything just give it some more time. It takes a while (sometimes a month or 2 ) to have case complete.

How do you know if the embassy in Ghana Received your case from the NVC. does it get updated on the CEAC website or do you get an email.

You’ll see on the CEAC website that it’s Ready. That means it’s there but you’ll get the packet 3 emailed to the petitioner.
