It says explanation why you are no required to file , it says for current tax year, i did send the non filing for 2016, 2017, and 2018 , so im just curious so they need explanation for 2019?

Why would they need the explanation for 2019? The 2019 tax year hasn't even ended yet.

For RFE regarding writing a written statement about why i do not file taxes, does this mean i have to fill out a new I864 form along with the statement or just the statement?

Just the statement, they already have your I864 and you already have a joint sponsor, they just want to know why you didn’t file last year.

Since i received RFE for Only the petitioning sponsor, does this mean there was no problems with the joint and co sponsor? Also, can i get another RFE on something else?

What's your premise for these questions?

(You have been asking a series of the same questions all day).

Yes, you can get an RFE even if you have already received a different one and responded to it. They don't always catch everything the first time.

What is the importance of only getting one RFE?

Please tell us why this is important to you?

No im just trying to answer you properly.

If you tell us why you are asking we can provide a tailored answer. What is your concern with receiving a second RFE that you have no control over?

Your series of questions seem to be missing something.

I've answered some here and on FB but you seem to be asking the same thing but in a different way which does not make me feel that we are answering what you are asking became you ask us the same thing but about a different form or document.

Yes. You can get more than one RFE for the same form.

They may find something else to ask you about after the fact.

It happens.

Im not upset.

Im trying to help you however if I can understand where your worries stem from, maybe i can answer you properly.

Right now, I'm not understanding your concern so maybe if you explain why you are very worried about getting an RFE again after already getting an RFE, I can explain.

Like I said above, it seems like your not asking the question you want to ask which is why you arent getting a relevant answer.
