Netherlands is a low fraud country.  You do not need a "love letter" of any type.  USCIS doesn't care.  Nor do you even need pictures, but you can send them if you want to.

 

If you read the requirements to file the petition for your fiancée, they are really very simple.  My personal opinion is that for low fraud consulates, adding extra fluff simply delays processing.

 

Contrary to what another poster said, it is not necessary to send any wedding planning type of info.  Heck, many K-1 couples have nothing at all for that, since the uncertain timeline prohibits planning.

 

Personally, if she must go back home in March, and you're going there in April anyway, I would just go the CR-1 route.

How do you know?  Religious culture doesn't have borders, also, living in Netherlands doesn't automatically mean you are Dutch.

True, but the wider "Dutch culture" is similar to other liberal Western/Northern European cultures.
