Same question was asked back in the summer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

and... criminal record? previous overstay? and other inadmissibility possibilities? how many times have you met? under what circumstances? what kind of proof of bonafide marriage information/ evidence did you send? we cant help you unless you give us all info. No matter though, they feel you do not qualify for a spouse visa at this time. You will have to identify what that reason was, overcome it (if possible), and appeal or re-file. Without overcoming and addressing whatever the issue is though, it will just be wasted time and or money.

The first check mark is due to them needing to verify your documents.   If they didn't request anything further they will be verifying them on their own.   The second is regular Administrative Processing.   You've been waiting since June this process can take some time (sometimes years) they will contact you if they need anything further.   What does CEAC say?

Temporary refusal yes.   Returned petition not yet.   They would not have bothered with 2nd.   Did they keep your passport?

If your case was decided at interview it was going to be returned they would have returned it by now.  It's been I  AP since June.  All you can do is wait for them to complete their review to determine your eligibility for the Visa.  Allah knows best.

And if CO didn't mark any of the options. What does that mean?? Any idea??
