Hello,

we have filed our I-130 application for IR1 / CR1 visas. After reading through various threads here I am wondering if our proof of bona fide marriage (joint bank account/ joint automobile club account for families and marriage certificate/ rental contract with both our names) is sufficient? we have not submitted a single photo of our family life and I see that most people sent in dozens of pictures as proof.... should we add more proof such as some photos and maybe statements that show me being the beneficiary on all of my husbands (applicant) insurances and saving plans etc....?

Drivers licenses with matching address

Shared auto insurance with both names

Beneficiary forms on life/401k

Joint health insurance card or record with both names on the same plan

Joint credit (credit cards are basic)

Are usually part of a primary package

Utility bills only require one name.  Putting some in one name and some in the other with both addressed to the joint residence is a pretty good way to demonstrate sharing financial responsibility for household expenses

We don't have DL with same address, no joint health insurance or record plan, no joint credit either. I'm on the 401k so we could provide that. We did upload the car insurance with both our names and as I wrote the shared bank account...

Well, I guess we just wait if we get a RFE and will take it from there...
