AOS Fee Payment error since October 2019

Has anyone have faced this issue while paying Affidavit of Support fee for the petitioner?

Contacted NVC but they had no idea about this error.

Is there any possibility of mode of payment to be changed from online payment as it is showing error?

HI @Haroon652! Not sure if the root cause is the same, but I was able to process the payment by signing in to CEAC on Internet Explorer as the applicant, scrolling down the terms of agreement and paying the fee. My wife (the petitioner) had tried multiple times to process it and was getting the error "Service Fee 000001248428 has an active payment". Maybe, I just got lucky.

No still stuck. Tried login as applicant and petitioner but same error.

TRIED EVERYTHING  BUT TO NO AVAIL. ☹️ Changed browser tried on laptop. Logined through applicant, attorney  and petitioner but same error since October 2019. Please is there anyone who can help.

I finally get to pay mine. I contact nvc by emailing the entire page and explaining the issue, then I called a month later. The op was nice and sent my complaint to supervisor review. Didn't know if that worked but 2 weeks later on Monday it finally paid and that was from October I was trying.

jamaicankim how did you contact NVC? Inquiry form? I have also explained my issue with screenshot of error through their inquiry form.  But no response from their side. Should I talk to NVC operator and ask him to transfer the call to his supervisor?

Yes the inquiry form. Try every way you can think of ask for supervisor review

Mine case was stuck since May 2019, I contacted my local Congress Rep and it is solved within a month
