Hi everyone ! Just wondering if any Irish memeber on here and how long did you have to wait to get an interview date for the K1 visa after sending in your notice of readiness ?

What I learned from doing my medical at the Mater is the US embassy only interview for a K1 once per month. The secretary at the Mater knew the date of the next round and said I’d have my medical results back by then. I sent my notice of readiness before I left the hospital. That was March 13th and the interview was April 2nd

I’m pretty sure she told me they tend to be at the start of the month. It might vary slightly over Christmas. 
Good luck with your interview-it’s pretty easy and straight forward. I was in and out in half an hour!

@Loo1  sorry could you help us again! We got this today  is that package four ? Do you have to confirm it back on the ais website ? Sorry we just don’t want to mess up anything

Did the embassy email you to pay the fees etc? If they did, that pick the option for the k1 visa. Have the confirmation page with you at your interview.

Just checked my emails there, the last thing I replied to was this email. I confirmed I had read and received it and had all the required documentation ready for my interview

You’ll be grand! Don’t worry too much! Good luck with your interview, it’s pretty straight forward.
Also, there’s no parking at the embassy. I parked at the RDS, it’s let’s than a 5 minute walk
