Hi everyone, 

It is nice to be back here! I already obtained my 10yr greencard last August 2019. Planning to get my citizenship in the next two years. But my question is, my husband petitioned I-130 for my 10yo daughter last June 2019 and we just got approved two days ago.(Yehey!!)  What is next after approval? Should I wait NVC for her medical? And also does she undergo an interview too?

hi

 

nope the medical is done once she has a date for her interview, all go through interview, so she will need to go with an adult to the interview since she is a minor

Thank you for the quick responds. Do you know what kind of evidence she can carry with her for interview? My sister will accompany with her.
