Hi. I won't have the income to meet the i-134.
but i live with my father and i dont have to pay any bills and my fiancee will be living here with us.

would me and my dad do the 864a sponsor and houshold member or just the 864 joint sponsor?

and along with that either 864a/864 would i write a short letter explaining the situation how my fiancee

wont be having any bills to pay etc as we are living with my dad?

thanks.

The I-134 is used with the K-1 fiancee visa.  You would each (you & your father) complete this document and provide the required evidence  (most recent tax return & W-2)    You would each list your fiancee but not each other on the I-134.  A letter explaining that you don't pay household expenses is of no interest to embassy, the only are interested in gross income.

As I noted in my previous posting:

If your dad does not list you on his income taxes, he does not list you on the I-134.     And that brings up the question, your mom is not there?
