Cover Letter-- Any Suggestions?

I am filling the enclosed Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative on behalf of my wife [beneficiary name], the beneficiary. I, [petitioner name], am a U.S. citizen.

 

Please note that I am currently living with my wife in China on a tourist visa that I renew every two months. Because I do not qualify for Direct Consular Filing through the Beijing embassy, I am filing my I-130 Petition with the USCIS. On the application I have included my US permanent address as my mailing address.

 

Please find the following documents:

Personal check in the amount of $535.00;  I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; l I-130A Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary; l G-1145 e-Notification of Application/ Petition Acceptance; (I read this would go before the cover letter so it wouldn’t be included here?) l Two (2) passport style photos of the petitioner; l Copy of petitioner’s United States birth certificate; l Marriage certificate of petitioner and beneficiary; l Notarized, English translation of marriage certificate l Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage documents: Letter explaining our relationship history, marriage and our future plans together (Is this necessary for this stage?) Third Party Affidavits affirming personal knowledge the marital relationship (I have maybe 20+ of these. Should I include the number?) Timeline of social media photos including dates, location and hyperlinks to the original post
