Financee was a beneficiary before

I am just about to submit my I-129F packet and wanted to make sure everything will go smoothly.  Prior to meeting my now fiancee, she had been engaged...Somewhere around early 2018.  Her then fiance had submitted a I-129F packet. I do not know where in the process it went. She had not yet gotten a medical or interview. But I believe they had contacted her to schedule an interview. They ended up breaking up before the petition went any further.

Is there anything I need to be concerned about or any extra paperwork needed?

Make sure her previous petition is disclosed wherever asked either on i129f or during interview phase/application forms. Expect a bit scrutiny as they may suspect her for fiancé shopping because of almost back to back petitions.

Not really.   I know of a couple others where the beneficiary had been petitioned before, they had no issues..     The I-129F will ask if YOU petitioned anyone, but does not ask about the beneficiary.

Always be honest and direct if/when asked.    Your fiancee might be asked about the previous petitioner ... might.

The I-129F petition asks IF the PETITIONER has filed a petition before, not if the beneficiary has been petitioned before.

It is not uncommon, have not seen it be an issue.

My point was to answer correctly wherever asked. If i129f doesn’t ask that, it doesn’t need to be answered, simple.
