istuck on i-130 form item number question please help

if anyone could help me I appreciate it please .

I need to add extra  physical Address 3 regarding "Item Number" do I insert item number 12.a. - which is the item for street number and name under Physical Address 1 or should I add another item number after 15.b I know it’s a dumb question but I am stuck please help

This is common for petitioners with several previous addresses or employers. You can make use of Page 12, Part 9 on Form I-130. Add any additional information which did not fit in other parts of the form. However, sometimes Part 9 is not sufficient or does not comfortably accommodate the additional information.

I appreciate your response but i was actually asking what would i put on  the item number question for physical address 3  on part 9 (Additional information page ) should i put  Item number 12  where physical address  question started  ?
