Hoping for something positive soon
Interview on 28th  Oct , submitted missing documents on 7 Nov.. and was in AP since then. Finally yesterday morning it went to ready and in the afternoon flipped back to AP with updated Case Created: date to the 11th DEC as well.  From what I have read here, issued seems to follow quite quickly.. fingers crossed.

Mine did not go to non immigrant.. It stayed in immigrant status but went to issued this morning.

Since you can't be watching the updates 24 yours a day, I am sure your status did change to non-immigrant as that is the status just befor they issue your visa. As a K-1 you can't be an "immigrant" and get a visa issued. The system will not allow it.

Just the same, CONGRATULATIONS.
