I-130 December 2019 Filers

Congratulations Prince Charming. Happy for u 😊 Guys I too applied on December 25th and got California service center. Now the official uscis website states that the time for approval of I 130 is 8.5 to 10 months and now they are processing cases filed on or before June 12th as of today. On the other hand my timeline in this visajourney account says my I 130 will be adjudicated by January to march 2021 ( timeline  estimate).  Which of the following is true,  the uscis official estimate or the visajourney estimate?  Am pretty sure the official uscis one must  b true but then again why so much of a difference between the uscis estimate and visajourney estimate?  Can anyone enlighten me?  Thank u

this whole process feels very unfair. some people get passed quickly some just have to wait years and years. what is the standard? just luck?  it's a cruel system making two people who love each other apart. specially times like this.... no idea when I can meet my husband ever again.

Seems that my NOA1 application was transferred from Texas to Vermont on February 24, 2020.

 

I just want to confirm this.

Have you received anything stating that your case was transferred other than you trying to call? I would like to know as well because,  our case has been updated on Feb 24th and then again April 8th. Our case was originally sent to Texas. Thank you

I received a semi automatic reply via the USCIS message system (not Emma) instructing me to check typical processing times by selecting the Vermont processing center rather than Texas.

I am also a December 2019 Filer, i filed online and my receipt date is 12/07/2019. Service center is Potomac. when i filed that time was stated as 7.5 months, recently i was looking at processing time which jump to 9 months.why it is so/

Have 2 questions:

1. How u guys check that ur case transferred to another service center?

2. When I should expect to hear something from them?
