On Sunday we got our latest I-130 approval estimate e-mail and it changed to November 20th when it has previously been mid June-July. Did anyone else have this jump?

How are you guys getting approval estimate emails? Where do you sign up to get these?

EDIT: Nevermind, created a timeline and figured it out!

Hey all! December filers here! Expecting our file to be picked up end of July.

Anyone expect any delays in the USCIS approval stage due to Covid 19?

Congratulations!!! That is great news for us. I have seen a few approvals from January and February 2020, seems like they are not working based on dates because approvals are all over the place now.

Hope that this is over soon and we can complete our process and migrate next to our loved ones :(.

stay safe!

Congrats! I wonder why they are already approving December filers.  Did you happen to file your application online?

Yes. I am not sure what do u mean by 🤔 (why they are approving) but I filled everything online. NOA1 was issued from Texas and NOA2 is issued from Lincoln Service Center aka Nebraska.

Thank you 😊. I am assuming Nebraska is faster than Texas since everything was transferred out from Nebraska but my case happen to be transferred into Nebraska.

i am praying you get ur case approved soon.

Did you expedite your case? I would have thought the same especially, being only 4 months! Our case, the date since filing changed twice. Once in February and now April. I hope I'm lucky like you are 😁

That's pretty amazing! We hope to get a quick response as well. At the same time there are certain issues we expect to face during the  NVC stage while getting my passport renewed and while getting my (Bharath's) police clearance certificate because a lot of such services are currently not available because of a lockdown in India.

I did not expedite it. My dates were changed on 2/23, 3/4, 4/7 and 4/16. Last time i checked was 4/7 and this morning got email from NVC  and when i checked it says approved.

Does anyone know the phone number to speak with a representative?  I always get stuck in the automated system with no option to speak with a person.

Seems that my NOA1 application was transferred from Texas to Vermont on February 24, 2020.

I just want to confirm this.
